| Description of the Dataset | The dataset comprises an English language course centered around the topic of sustainability, encompassing a well-structured curriculum comprising language activities and multimedia resources, which can be seamlessly integrated into Moodle learning management system. The course is centered around the theme of sustainability, encompassing various interconnected topics such as food, green energy, fashion, plastic recycling, youth participation and engagement in society. With a holistic approach, students are encouraged to examine the multifaceted aspects of sustainability, fostering a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in creating a more sustainable future. The course provides educators with English language activities, readings, discussions, and projects related to the diverse themes of sustainability. The course also incorporates open source texts, case studies, and real-world examples, providing learners with a solid foundation to explore and reflect upon the complexities of sustainability. The research and inquiry-based activities are designed to provide learners with opportunities to apply their knowledge, engage in critical thinking and develop essential skills in areas such as problem solving, data analysis and communication.
