Abstract

This dissertation consists of three articles and an overarching framework paper. It examines ambidextrous leadership in SMEs, focusing both on the organizational context and the leader’s individual context, personality, behavior and mental models. The work includes a comparative case study, a qualitative study using the Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique, and a quantitative research paper.
