Abstract
Der Datensatz entstand als Ergebnis einer Studie im Rahmen eines Promotionsvorhabens mit dem Titel „Leading Innovation and Efficiency - Personal and Situational Characteristics of the Ambidextrous Mana" und enthält die in dieser Studie verwendeten mentalen Modelle beidhändiger Führungskräfte (ambidextrous leadership). Diese Modelle wurden mithilfe der Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique (ZMET) auf Datenbasis von Interviews mit 17 Führungskräften aus deutschen Kleinunternehmen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU) generiert.
