Abstract | Within the realm of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the convergence of technology and creativity has prompted extensive discourse on the capabilities of machines to produce genuinely creative works. Beginning with an examination of the fundamental nature of creativity, the study delves into the components and types of creativity as defined by various scholars. Building upon this foundation, this paper investigates whether AI can achieve levels of creativity comparable to human creativity, focusing on the pivotal criteria of originality and effectiveness. The discussion navigates legal and socio-economic implications, contemplating the evolving role of AI in creative endeavors. Ultimately, while acknowledging the advancements in AI technology, the study underscores the distinctiveness of human creativity, rooted in emotions, experiences, and consciousness, and poses intriguing questions for further exploration in this dynamic field. |
