Kooperationsorientiertes Organisations-Reengineering

Cooperations cause structural, respectively organizational and processing changes within the participating corporations and different reengineering measurements have to be carried through. The intension for cooperation and ist later conduction does not imply its success. The growing importance of concepts of cooperation and reengineering is yet still confronted with its limited practicability. This study intends to contribute to the solution of this problem by portraying aspects of cooperation as a result of organizational reengineering and by introducing a new type of organization. This will help companies to conduct their cooperations successfully.

Kooperationen bedingen strukturelle bzw. organisatorische und prozessuale Veränderungen in den beteiligten Unternehmen und es müssen diverse Reengineeringmaßnahmen durchgeführt werden. Der Wille zu einer Kooperation und eine spätere Umsetzung bedeutet noch nicht den Erfolg derselben. Die wachsende Bedeutung von Kooperationen und Reengineeringkonzepten steht jedoch nach wie vor ihre begrenzte Handhabung gegenüber. Die vorliegende Arbeit soll dazu beitragen, diesem Mangel abzuhelfen, indem sie neben der Darstellung von Kooperationsaspekten als Resultat des Organisations-Reengineerings einen neuen Organisationstypus vorstellt und Unternehmen hilft, ihre Kooperationsbemühungen zum Erfolg zu führen.
