Procedure
Publication is possible after registration with the Leuphana account. After selecting the resource type, the publication is described by entering the metadata (title, authors, abstract etc.). Afterwards, the terms of use have to be defined and a publication agreement has to be concluded. The entry process can be interrupted and continued at a later point in time. In the case of dissertations, the information in the → confirmation of receipt must be completed by the doctoral candidate. The form is to be sent to publizieren@leuphana.de. In the case of student publications, the completed → publication recommendation form is to be sent to pubdata@leuphana.de after submission of the publication. If the review by the MIZ is successful, the publication is archived and a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is registered. Finally, the publication is made available via the PubData catalogue under the agreed terms of use. In addition, the publication will be indexed in various databases and search engines.
