| Abstract | This study offers a concept, with which companies working on the internet or especially in the area of electronic commerce can evaluate which instruments are at a certain time best suited to reduce information-asymmetries. Innerhalb der vorliegenden Arbeit soll ein Konzept erarbeitet werden, mittels dessen Unternehmen, die im Internet und insbesondere im Electronic Commerce tätig sind, bewerten können, welche Instrumente zu welchem Zeitpunkt geeignet sind, bestehende Informationsasymmetrien zu vermindern. |
