Prozessoptimierung mit CATIA V5 - Vereinfachung der Positionierung von Bauteilen eines Versorgungskanals im Flugzeugbau

This diploma thesis involves the examination of the 3D construction tool CATIA V5. The possibilities will be analysed in order to optimise the work processes. On the basis of the request positioning components in the supply duct of an airbus A380 it will be researched how far CATIA V5 is able to offer support with its capacity, in order to work more quickly, cheaper and effective and additionally to help to cause less mistakes. There will be different possibilities worked out, analysed and evaluated. For Example it is shown how to implement the chosen possibility. At the end there will be shown a prospect of the future on the basis of the examined methodic.

Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit der Untersuchung des 3D-Konstruktionswerkzeuges CATIA V5. Es werden die Möglichkeiten analysiert, Arbeitsprozesse mit Hilfe dieses Tools zu optimieren. Anhand des Auftrages zur Positionierung von Bauteilen im Versorgungskanal eines Airbus A340 wird untersucht, inwieweit CATIA V5 hier unterstützende Funktionen anbietet, um die Arbeit schneller, dadurch kostengünstiger und effektiver, also auch weniger fehleranfällig durchzuführen. Es werden verschiedene Möglichkeiten erarbeitet, analysiert und bewertet. Beispielhaft wird mit der Umsetzung der gewählten Möglichkeit begonnen. Am Ende wird eine Aussicht auf die Zukunft der untersuchten Methodik gegeben.
