Organizational culture plays a pivotal role in shaping the operational landscape of businesses, particularly in the context of transnational firms. This paper delves into the theoretical foundations and challenges associated with developing cultural strategies tailored to such corporations. Drawing on various empirical studies, it presents suggestions for creating and maintaining effective organizational cultures as a strategic asset for success.
