Daten zum Projekt Digitale Lehr-Lernformate zur Internationalisierung des Masterkomplementärstudiums und des Promotionsstudiums (DigiTaL, TP9)

Die vorliegende Datenkollektion dokumentiert die vollständige Evaluation digitaler und internationaler Lehr-Lern-Formate für die Internationalisierung des Masterkomplementärstudiums und des Promotionsstudiums an der Leuphana Universität Lüneburg, konkret von fünf digitalen, internationalen Seminaren und einer Summer School im Zeitraum der Jahre 2022 bis 2024. Die Evaluation verfolgte einen Mixed-Methods-Ansatz mit zwei komplementären Evaluationsteilen: (1) eine summative Impact-Evaluation zur Erfassung der Wirksamkeit der Lehr-Lern-Formate auf die Entwicklung interkultureller Kompetenz der Studierenden sowie (2) eine formative Implementationsevaluation zur Erfassung der Wahrnehmung und Gelingensbedingungen digitaler, internationaler Lehre. Die Evaluation basiert auf einem Pre-Post-Design ohne Kontrollgruppe und ist als exploratives Evaluationsprojekt konzipiert. Die Stichprobe umfasst Masterstudierende des Komplementärstudiums sowie Promovierende der Leuphana Graduate School und Studierende anderer Hochschulen im innereuropäischen und außereuropäischen Ausland, die Teil der Seminare waren. Bestandteile der Kollektion sind (a) konzeptionelle Grundlagen, Operationalisierung der Konstrukte (Digitalisierungs- und Internationalisierungsgrad, interkulturelle Kompetenz), (b) Erhebungsinstrumente, nämlich Pre-Post-Fragebogen zur Erfassung interkultureller Kompetenz, semi-strukturierte Interviewleitfäden für Lehrende, Variablenübersicht für Pre-Surveys und Post-Surveys und Kodierungsschemata für die Auswertung der Interviews samt Begleitmaterialien, (c) die quantitativen Daten, also die Rohdaten samt Pre-Post-Verknüpfung via Selbstidentifikationscode, SPSS-Syntax-Dateien zur Datenaufbereitung, deskriptiven und inferenzstatistischen Auswertung sowie das Protokoll der Datenauswertung mit methodischen Entscheidungen und Analyseschritten, (d) die vollständige Transkripte der Dozenteninterviews, die MAXQDA-Projektdatei mit Kodierungen und Kategorien sowie Original-Audiodateien und (e) die Ergebnisse in Form von deskriptiven und inferenzstatistischen Auswertungen, qualitativen Analysen zu Gelingensbedingungen und Wahrnehmung sowie Synthesepräsentation mit Handlungsempfehlungen.

This data collection documents the complete evaluation of digital and international teaching-learning formats for the internationalization of master's complementary studies and doctoral studies at Leuphana University Lüneburg, precisely the evaluation of five digital, international seminars and a summer school in the period from 2022 to2024. The evaluation followed a mixed-methods approach with two complementary evaluation parts: (1) a summative impact evaluation to assess the effectiveness of the teaching-learning formats on the development of students' intercultural competence, and (2) a formative implementation evaluation to assess the perception and conditions for the success of digital, international teaching. The evaluation is based on a pre-post design without a control group and is conceived as an exploratory evaluation project. The sample includes master's students from complementary studies programs, doctoral candidates from the Leuphana Graduate School, and students from other universities in Europe and beyond who participated in the seminars. The collection contains (a) conceptual foundations, operationalization of constructs (degree of digitization and internationalization, intercultural competence). (b) survey instruments, i.e. pre-post questionnaire to record intercultural competence and semi-structured interview guides for teachers, the variable overview for pre-surveys and post-surveys and coding schemes for the evaluation of the interviews, and accompanying materials, (c) the quantitative data, i.e. the raw data inlcuding pre-post linking via self-identification code, SPSS syntax files for data preparation, descriptive and inferential statistical evaluation, and the protocol of data evaluation with methodological decisions and analysis steps, (d) the complete transcripts of the lecturer interviews, the MAXQDA project file with coding and categories, and original audio files, (e) the results, i.e. descriptive and inferential statistical analyses, qualitative analyses of conditions for success and perception, and synthesis presentation with recommendations for action.
