Abstract

The file presents an overview of all the "Dailys" used in the "Holidaily" intervention in German and English. Each day, users were presented with a random selection of three options and chose one to complete. The Dailys are categorised according to whether they were intended for the period before, during, or after the vacation, with some also applicable across multiple time-points.
